Overview

On this tour we will drive North of Lisbon to discover the old routes and Identity of Portugal. It will pleasantly combine History, Culture and Identity. Batalha Monastery

From Tomar we will drive to the Monastery of Batalha to hear about another key moment for our History when the Portuguese fought the Spanish for their independence on one of the biggest medieval field battles In Europe’s History. The grandiosity of this gothic Monastery is something to admire.

Nazare Funicular

After a nice lunch in Batalha we will then head to Nazaré and appreciate its beautiful coastal views, the fishing village vibe and watch the place where the biggest waves in the world are surfed before crushing against the tall cliffs.
